Shipping Methods
All AU Stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW, Australia. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email us at info@cherriscope.com.au

Domestic Shipment (Within Australia)
All orders will be processed and shipped using Australia Post.
International Shipment (Outside Australia)

Taxes and Duties
Please note that any duties and taxes payable in the countries outside of Australia are the responsibility of the recipient. Cherriscope, unfortunately, has no control over import fees and these will be the responsibility of the recipient prior to delivery. Please check with your local customs office for estimated custom tax and duty charges prior to ordering and consider placing multiple orders for larger value orders. Orders returned due to refusal of payment of duties and taxes will be subject to the original shipping costs as well as the import and return shipping fee charges incurred on the delivery back to our warehouse. These costs will be deducted from the refund of the order.
Shipping Delays
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Cherriscope control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. Cherriscope is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.
Lost Parcels
Cherriscope can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post. In case of International shipment, you need to lodge a complaint with the respective shipping partner.
